The BBC have released a promo trailer for this year's Christmas special which can be watched below. While last year's was decidedly "A Christmas Carol" inspired, this one seems influenced by C.S. Lewis' "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe".
The promo was shown during the BBC's annual "Children in Need" special during which a specially made sequence featuring Matt Smith as The Doctor stripping off was also screened
